What is innovative Media?... Innovative is generally defined as a renewal. When combined with the word media, innovative media means renewal in the use of learning media in the classroom. This renewal is a must and becomes important in learning in the classroom. This explanation follows Gerlack and Ely's statement that the principle of using media in the classroom is a novelty ( Cahyadi , 2019)
What is innovative Learning?... Innovative learning is a learning process that provides opportunities for students to build knowledge themselves or independently. Media and learning process have a very significant relationship in creating learning conditions effectively and efficiently. Is innovative learning media always in the form of ICT? the use of innovative media is not limited to just using the gadget. Using other media, such as posters or teaching aids, becomes an innovation in presenting innovative media in the classroom. For example, in the animal theme, the teacher innovates book learning media which usually only uses worksheets by making or presenting a three-dimensional book that will show an animal picture in 3D. Others such as creating a special dictionary containing images of animals. Updates that only focus on the use of ICT media will be very constrained, especially if there is no internet or electricity network.
