GABRIEL GARCIA MARQUEZ Born in 1928 He was a great colombian novelist, short story writer, screenwriter and journalist. He was also called ‘ gabo ’ He was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature in the year 1982 One Hundred Years of Solitude , Love at Time of Cholera is his notable works.
