Enhancing Student Engagement : Innovative methods captivate student’s interest, making learning more enjoyable and motivating. Active participation and curiosity are fostered through creative approaches to instruction. Promoting Independent Learning : By encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-directed exploration, innovative teaching helps students become independent learners. Students take ownership of their learning journey and develop lifelong learning skills. Improving Academic Outcomes : Innovative strategies address real-world challenges in education. They lead to better academic performance, deeper understanding, and retention of knowledge.
Teaching is like fishing…. A fisherman use different lures for different fishes. A teacher use different teaching method for different learners. Teaching is like beautiful music…. Where instructional methods are the instruments. When played alone they make sound. When played together in tune, rhythm and feeling they become amazing music.

THE BIG FIVE RULES: Establish and teach rules. ROUTINES: Build Structure and establish routines in the classroom. PRAISE: Reinforce positive behavior praise and other means. MISBEHAVE: Address misbehave. ENGAGEMENT: Foster and maintain student engagement.
“ Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young.” To teach is to learn twice. LEARNING NEVER ENDS.
