3. Workplaces are changing. It is estimated that, in 20 years’ time, 90% of all jobs will require people to work with digital technologies. Digital transformation of the workplace continues to accelerate. We need to equip both staff and students with the skills they need to thrive. Why are digital capabilities important?

4. Digital communication, collaboration and participation Your ability to take part in digital teams and working groups to meet specific goals, using shared tools. Information, data and media literacies Your ability to find, evaluate, organise and share information, whether you are using it for learning, research or professional purposes. Manage digital stress, workload and distraction, and find help and support. Digital creation, problem solving and innovation Production of digital content, solving problems, making decisions and answering questions, and the willingness to try new practices.
