ART Art is the application or the principles of application of skill, knowledge, etc., in a creative effort to produce works that have form of beauty , aesthetic expression of feeling etc., as in music, painting, sculpture, literature, architecture, theater and the dance. Art is concerned in with the aesthetic experiences of man and its expressions through the varied approaches of presenting the subject . Art is expression .

FORMS OF ARTS Performing Arts – arts that require artists or performers to recreate what is composed by the creator. Visual Arts – arts that we perceive through our eyes .

Examples of Performing Arts Music – the art of combining and regulating sounds of varying pitch to produce compositions, expressive of various ideas and emotion. Dance – uses the body as a medium to express emotion through bodily gestures and rhythmic . Drama - is an art where a group of people act out a plot to get across to the audience the idea the author is trying to express.

Examples of Performing Arts Motion Picture – it is also another form of drama where a plot is being act out but the number of audience is bigger through radio, television and other medium. Play – it is a form of literature performed where scenery and costume provide visual arts, music may serve as background to set mood or serve as a part of the plot. Opera – is a drama set to music. It combines several arts like music, dance and acting.
