3. But Jonah got up to run away from the Lord. He went to the city of Joppa. There he found a ship that was going to the city of Tarshish.

4. Jonah paid for the trip and went aboard. He wanted to go to Tarshish to run away from the Lord.

5. God didn’t give up on Jonah, and He doesn’t give up on us! God picks us to share His love, even when it feels hard or scary.

6. BIG IDEA: God picked us to join His Mission of sharing His love with the world.
