Impact description–how will the proposal impact
wellbeing? Include positive and negative impacts on
wellbeing.
Who will be impacted –be specific about which
members of the community will be impacted.
Wellbeing domains –which of the 12 wellbeing
domains are most closely aligned with the impacts of
this proposal?
Evidence base –what data and evidence helps us
to understand how this proposal will impact
wellbeing?
Collaboration and engagement –who has been
involved in developing the proposal/will be involved
in delivering it?
Measures of success –how will government know
the proposal has been successful or had an impact
on wellbeing?
Planned evaluation –is there a plan to evaluate this
proposal? If not, why not?
