Aspirants Soldiers: It helps them understand the requirements, challenges, and rewards associated with military service, enabling them to make informed decisions about their future . Theoretical framework The researchers believe that joining military service has positive development emphasizing the transition of students development cultivating supportive relationship with people and social institutions. This study is anchored on the self- Determination theory , career development theory ,and civic responsibility theory. Self-Determination Theory (SDT): This psychological theory explains the motivations behind students’ choices regarding military service Career Development Theory: Theories like Super’s Life-Span, Life-Space approach to career development are relevant here . Civic Responsibility Theory: This theory explains how individuals feel a sense of duty to contribute to the common good.

9. The respondents of this study are the Grade 12 Senior high school students of Gamut National High School year 2024-2025. purposive sampling technique will be used to determine the number of respondents who will be joining military service . Context and participant

The questionnaire that will be used in this study is a researchers made and it will be based upon on the assessing the aspirations and preparation of grade 12 student for joining military service. 11. To gather a sufficient and reliable data for this study, the researcher will ask permission to the senior high coordinator . With the consent of school principal, a letter of approval will be sent to the Senior high coordinators of Gamut National High School. Upon approval, the researcher will conduct the study to the identified respondents. After the participants answered the surveys, the data that obtained from the participants will be collected and analyzed through statistical treatment.
