PROCESS FLOW OF REVIEW OF PLANS, REPORTS, OR PROPOSALS of L&D and AE Reviews the plan or proposal using the review tool Activity : Plan or proposal with attached certificate of participation shall be submitted to Office 15 days before the implementation of the PPA. Personnel Involved : Education Program Specialist II/Senior Education Program Specialist of HRDS. Output : Received, checked, and evaluated plan or proposal.

Validates the reviewed plan or proposal Personnel Involved : Content expert. Output : Indorsement letter. Recommends the approval of the reviewed plan or proposal Personnel Involved : Chief Education Supervisor of SGOD and CID. Output : Reviewed plan or proposal, initialed indorsement letter.

Approves the plan or proposal Personnel Involved : Assistant Schools Division Superintendent. Output : Checked and reviewed plan or proposal, initialed indorsement letter. Monitors and evaluates the implementation of plan or proposal Personnel Involved : Schools Division Superintendent. Output : Approved plan or proposal, signed indorsement letter.

Submits program completion report Personnel Involved : HRDS, M&E, Content Experts, Proponent. Output : Monitoring Report. Reviews program completion report Personnel Involved : Chief Education Supervisor of SGOD and CID. Output : Received copy of program completion report.

Recommends the approval of the reviewed report Personnel Involved : Assistant Schools Division Superintendent. Output : Reviewed report, initialed indorsement letter. Approves the report Personnel Involved : Schools Division Superintendent. Output : Approved report, signed indorsement letter.

For the Certification of Application of Learning and Development, and Education, Division Advisory No. 077, s 2025 is applied.
