According to (Hayes 1991, Ornstein & Hunkins 2004, Hewitt 2006) a curricularist is a professional who is a curriculum specialist. A person who is involved in curriculum knowing, writing, planning, implementing, evaluating, innovating and initiating may be designed as curricularist . The teacher’s role is broader and inclusive of other functions and so a teacher is a curricularist .

Formal learning Learning that takes place in a formal and organize environment. Delivered with the guidance of an instructor, and learner’s are directed. Goal-oriented Informal learning Unplanned and unstructured learning that takes place in an informal settings. Not delivered with the guidance of an instructor. Not goal-oriented.

2. Writes the curriculum A classroom teacher takes record of knowledge concepts, subject matter of content. These need to be written or preserved. The teacher writes books, modules, laboratory manuals, instructional guides, and reference materials. (WRITER)
