What is Obesity?
•It is a excessive body fat associated
with various diseases, particularly
cardiovascular diseases, diabetes,
obstructive sleep apnea, certain types
of cancer, osteoarthritis, and asthma.

•The ability of an individual to perform
daily activities efficiently without
undue fatigue.
