At the end of the lesson, learners should be able to: To have an in-depth knowledge on the life and ministry of the Chief Executive Minister of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch), Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol To identify the noble values he has exemplified; To reflect on what they can do to positively influence their community through the lens of his life and ministry.

3. On July 18, 1964, the 28-year-old minister, Apostle Arsenio married a 21-year-old teacher, Pastor Leticia Santos. Young but determined, the duo, created a partnership that brought them six (6) children, thriving churches in key cities of the Philippines, and a global ministry in dozens of countries spanning continents.

4. Pastor Let was academically accomplished with a Ph.D. in Education on her belt. she built a framework of the Apostle’s vision to have an educational arm of the Church. In 1980, Dr. Leticia S. Ferriol pioneered the opening of the Maranatha Christian School in Sto . Nino, Marikina, with the aim of providing high-quality education that will meet the community and global competitiveness geared towards the development of intellectual, social, moral, and above all, spiritual wellbeing.

5. Since then, MCS now, Maranatha Christian Academy has been producing young men and women who are not only academically exceptional but also with Christian virtues and characters intact. With over 100 branches all over the Philippines and abroad, the National Christian Life College and Maranatha Christian Academy school system is one of the biggest educational chains in the country.

6. Aside from the passion for teaching minds and forming hearts of young people, she is also an evangelist who has been preaching all over the world as an able partner of her husband. Truly, she is a phenomenal woman whose influence has been etched and marked in the lives of thousands of graduates of this noble institution

7. Apostle Arsenio and Evangelist Let raised their children in the manner they knew best with love and discipline. Gifted and talented, each of them has blazed the trail in many ministries in the Church such as multimedia, music and arts, politics, education, and even Church leadership. Notably, their second son, Jonathan, who shares the same birthday as him, has taken up the mantle of leadership as a Church Bishop and was appointed in 2023, as the Deputy Executive Minister to the Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol . Truly a chip off the old block, Bishop Jonathan is gearing the Church to reach greater heights through its massive evangelical effort through the Home Free Crusade series that has been held in different parts of the world since 2020.

9. Apostle Arsenio’s dedication to prayer and consecration was one of the impetus why the Church has seen growth by leaps and bounds. Recognizing that his everyday spiritual battle can only be won in prayer, he starts his day in the wee hours of the morning with personal prayer, then followed by corporate prayer with the Church during the Daily Devotion, prayer with his time as they travel from one church to another, until he reaches home when he will pray for the last time in the day before he goes to sleep.

10. Another trait that sets Apostle Arsenio apart from his contemporaries Is his faithful stewardship of the financial trusts in the Church. Contrary to the notion that religious leaders are corrupted by the love of money, Apostle Arsenio is the exact opposite of that picture. Since he pioneered the beginning of the Church, he selflessly divested himself of his personal possessions to further advance the cause of Christ on earth.

11. He does not own anything for himself- not even a piece of land for him and his family to live in. He contentedly dwells in one of the rooms in the headquarters of the Church in Marikina. The extensive real properties and ministries in the Church are proof that the fiscal aspect of the Church was well-managed by a faithful trustee.

One of the living proofs of God’s anointed calling to the Apostle and his steadfast faithfulness to financial trust in the Church is the construction of the AATF Sports Complex in Malagasang 2nd, Imus, Cavite. God has glorified the Apostle’s calling in this once insignificant barrio where he was shamed and ridiculed. The structure stands to be the biggest indoor sports stadium in the Southern Luzon region where various national and international events in the country are being held

13. He is also known for his sense of immediacy and mission. His boldness in sharing the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is amazing. He would preach wherever there was an opportunity to do so- be it in an airport, on board a shipping vessel, in a street corner, or even just to the person who visits his office. Just as there are those who ridicule him, there are also many who approach him to express admiration for his courage to preach.

14. To further boost the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Church, through HIs wise leadership, utilized multimedia- radio, print, television, and the internet. Indeed, the mandate he has received from God to preach the gospel all over the world is happening in this age and time.
