The Lesson Plan showcases the use of research-based instructional strategies such as
differentiated instruction, scaffolding, and cooperative learning. It demonstrates alignment of
objectives, activities, and assessments, serving as evidence of applying evidence-informed
practices that enhance learner engagement and achievement.
4.4.2 Minutes of LAC
The Minutes of LAC
(Learning Action Cell) sessions document my participation in discussions with colleagues about
strategies to improve learner engagement. Peer observation feedback forms reflect constructive
comments from fellow teachers. I also included reflections based on feedback from my learner.
5.4.2 Parent- Teacher/ corrected test papers
I included signed attendance sheets and minutes of parent-teacher conferences where learners
progress was discussed. Progress reports and advisories were regularly sent to parents .
Documentation shows how learners needs and concerns were addressed in partnership with
parents.
5.5.2. Identified Least learned/ mastered competencies based of frequency of errors/
correct response
This MOV demostrates the teacher’s ability to identify least learned or least mastered
competencies through analysis of learners errors and correct responses. It ensures actual needs.
Supporting documents, such as Accomplishment Reports on Remedial Activities(e.g. Summer
Camp, Phil-Iri, and similar programs), serve as evidence of interventions provided to help
learners catch up and master essential skills

The IDP I submiited contains my goals for continous improvement, particularly in the use of ICT
and learner-centered strategies. This MOV package reflects my professional accountability,
responsiveness to feedback, and commitment to continous improvement in line with the RPMS-
PPST

The intervention material for remediation in English was designed to address the specific
learning gaps of learners who struggled with reading comprehension, grammar, and
vocabulary. It provides simplified activities, guided practice, and formative exercises that
cater to the different learning levels of pupils. Through the use of contextualized
examples, short reading passages, and interactive drills, the material helps learners
improve their skills at their own pace.
This intervention served as a tool to reinforce classroom lessons and provided additional
support for learners who needed more time and practice. The activities were aligned with
the Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs) and were crafted to ensure mastery
of basic concepts before moving to more advanced tasks.
Overall, the intervention material proved effective in boosting learner confidence,
participation, and performance in English. It also allowed teachers to closely monitor
progress and adjust strategies depending on individual needs.
