Task 1: ROLL AND TELL (Individual)
Mechanics:
1. The teacher will play a song and will throw a dice to the class, the first student must
pass the dice to the next student while the music is playing.
2. When the music stops, the student whose holding the dice will roll the dice and read
the sentence and identify the grammatical signal used.
Directions: Read and identify the grammatical signal word used in a sentence.
People are not allowed to go out due to the deadly disease.
Many people are getting bored in their homes nowadays the solution is to
think of doing something profitable.
Some students want a face-to-face learning but the parents beg to disagree
with the idea.

Directions: Each group will have a chance to spin the “Roleta”. Then, they will answer
based from the spun question.

4. What Legend do you know in the Philippines which is similar to the story of “The
