Group Two Lesson Planning

In Problem-Based Learning, students forms groups where they
discuss a real-life problem or a case by activating their prior
knowledge on the subject, relating the new information to what they
already know on the topic, structuring new ideas and critically
evaluating their findings.
What is Problem-Based Learning?

FOUR PHASES 0F PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING

TEACHER

WHOLE CLASS

Implementation of the plan. In this phase,
students test out their plan to see if they can
solve the problem.

Last phase where they evaluate the implementation.
Here students analyze the results and they also reflect
on the process.

What is Project-Based Learning?
Project-based learning is a pedagogical approach that involves students in a
long-term, in-depth investigation of a real-world challenge. So instead of
memorizing established knowledge or following an instruction that offers a
fast path to facts, students actively work on a problem that allows them to
develop saveral skills simultaneously.
