Greetings of peace and dedication!
I am respectfully submitting my intent to apply for promotion to the position of Teacher
VI in line with the Next-in-Rank Career Opportunities for Instruction (NCOI) as
announced by the Department of Education. With several years of service as a public
school teacher, I have continuously strived to uphold the standards of the profession
through quality instruction, commitment to lifelong learning, and dedication to the
holistic development of my learners.
In my current role as Teacher III, I have demonstrated competence in curriculum
planning, classroom instruction, learner assessment, and the use of innovative and
research-based strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. I have also actively
engaged in professional development activities, collaborative school initiatives, and
research endeavors that contributed to the improvement of teaching practices and
learner performance.
Motivated by my desire to further serve and grow in the teaching profession, I believe
that this promotion will provide me with greater opportunities to contribute not only to
my learners but also to the school and the broader educational community. I am
committed to continuously enhancing my skills, reflecting on my practices, and
aligning my work with the Department’s mission of providing quality, accessible,
relevant, and liberating education for all.
