Strengthen inclusive education programs, including the alternative learning system, last-mile schools, and programs for IP learners and learners with disabilities. Strengthen our literacy and numeracy programs. Review the implementation of the Mother Tongue-based Multilingual Policy. Reduce the number of learning areas to focus on foundational skills.
