BLD: Develops training resource packages on Instructional design framework and pedagogical approaches and framework. BLR, BEA & BAE: Implement/deliver and assess the curriculum including its learning resources

35 TERMS OF REFERENCE  Bureau/Office in Charge Terms of Reference National Educators Academy of the Philippines Ensures effective implementation of the training adhering to  Kirkpatrick's four levels of evaluation--which will only measure the intended participants at the school level.

36 TERMS OF REFERENCE  Bureau/Office in Charge Terms of Reference Resource Speakers Ensure attainment of session objectives per learning area and per grade  Ensure completion of levels 1 (daily evaluation)  & 2  (pre-test, posttest and end of training evaluation)  of the Kirkpatrick's model of evaluation Regional Offices and Schools Division Offices Replicate the NTOT conducted by DepEd Central Office to their respective regions and divisions Execute effective and efficient management and implementation of the training of trainers with one sole intent to reach the school level.
