1. BAB 1 Kelahiran Pancasila B. Kelahiran Pancasila

2. Seperti setiap keluarga perlu punya rumah, maka setiap bangsa juga perlu punya negara termasuk bangsa Indonesia. Hingga pecah Perang Dunia II tahun 1942, bangsa Indonesia belum punya negara. Indonesia saat itu masih dijajah Jepang. Dalam penjajahan tersebut, bangsa Indonesia sangat menderita. Hasil panen diambil paksa. Para pemuda dijadikan romusha , pekerja paksa yang terus disiksa. Gadis-gadis diculik, dijadikan jugun ianfu atau wanita penghibur tentara Jepang. Maka pasukan Pembela Tanah Air (PETA) di bawah pimpinan Supriyadi pun memberontak terhadap Jepang. B. Kelahiran Pancasila

3. 01 02 03 Jepang saat itu tengah perang melawan pasukan Sekutu dalam Perang Dunia II. Tentara Sekutu adalah gabungan tentara Amerika Serikat dengan Inggris, Belanda, dan beberapa negara lain. Tahun 1944 akhir, posisi tentara Jepang mulai terdesak. Jepang lalu berusaha merangkul bangsa Indonesia agar terus mendukung Jepang . B. Kelahiran Pancasila

4. Jepang membentuk lembaga yang dinamai Badan Penyelidik Usaha-usaha Persiapan Kemerdekaan (BPUPK). Tugas lembaga ini adalah membuat rencana atau menyiapkan segala hal yang diperlukan untuk menjadikan Indonesia merdeka . Beberapa waktu kemudian, BPUPK inilah lembaga yang menjadi tempat kelahiran Pancasila B. Kelahiran Pancasila

5. BPUPK didirikan pada tanggal 29 April 1945 1. Merancang Dasar Negara Radjiman Wedyodiningrat ( seorang dokter yang sempat sekolah di Belanda, Inggris, Perancis dan Amerika Serikat . ) Jumlah anggotanya 69 orang terdiri dari berbagai suku bangsa di Indonesia, wakil suku keturunan asing, serta wakil Jepang.

6. 28 Mei 1945 BPUPK diresmikan Kantornya di gedung Chuo Sangi-in ( Gedung Pancasila di Kementerian Luar Negeri, di Jakarta ) Dalam peresmian itu bendera Indonesia merah putih dan bendera Jepang secara bersama . Wakil Indonesia mengibarkan bendera Jepang, sedangkan wakil Jepang mengibarkan bendera merah putih.

7. Sidang pertama BPUPK ini berlangsung dari 29 Mei sampai 1 Juni 1945. Membahas Dasar Negara

10. Peran Para Pendiri Negara dalam Merumuskan Dasar Negara Kebangsaan Indonesia atau nasionalisme Internasionalisme atau peri kemanusiaan Mufakat atau demokrasi Kesejahteraan sosial Ketuhanan yang berkebudayaan Ir. Soekarno (1 Juni 1945)

11. C . Perumusan Pancasila Piagam Jakarta Musyawarah Perumusan

12. BPUPK sudah sepakat bahwa Pancasila adalah nama dasar negara Indonesia yang akan didirikan. Sesuai namanya, isi Pancasila adalah lima hal yang masih akan dirumuskan kembali. Sembilan orang pun ditunjuk untuk merumuskan kata-kata yang menjadi isi Pancasila. Mereka adalah Soekarno , Mohammad Hatta, Mohammad Yamin, Ahmad Subarjo, AA Maramis, Abdulkahar Muzakir, Agus Salim, Abikusno Cokrosuyoso, serta Abdul Wahid Hasyim .

13. Soekarno ditunjuk menjadi ketua dan Hatta sebagai wakilnya. Karena jumlah anggotanya sembilan orang, maka panitia itu dinamai Panitia Sembilan. Walaupun BPUPK pun reses atau beristirahat setelah menyelesaikan sidang pertamanya, panitia ini segera bekerja
