2. DEFINITION Personal Letter is an informal letter sent by individual to another people and usually contains personal details. The character of a personal letter is not official, so this letter cannot be addressed to an agency, organization, or company. Personal L etter adalah sebuah surat tidak resmi yang dikirim oleh satu individu ke individu lainnya dan biasanya berisi hal-hal pribadi . Sifat personal letter yaitu tidak resmi sehingga surat ini tidak dapat ditujukkan untuk sebuah instansi , organisasi , atau perusahaan . 2

DATE ( TANGGAL ) the date on the personal letter written on the top left. This date refers to when the letter was written. ( Tanggal pada personal letter ditulis di kiri atas . Tanggal ini menunjukkan kapan surat tersebut dibuat ) INTRODUCTION ( PEMBUKA ) The opening sentence in a personal letter is usually a response to the previous letter. However, if you are the first sender, then you can introduce yourself or ask how they are. ( Bagian ini merupakan kalimat penutup untuk menunjukkan bahwa surat akan segera berakhir ) SIGNATURE ( TANDA TANGAN ) Under the closing greeting, you can put your signature.
