Ministry of Human Resource Development ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ The  Ministry of Education ( MoE ) , formerly the  Ministry Of Human Resource Development , is a ministry of government of India responsible for the implementation of the national policy on education. The ministry is further divided into two departments. ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ (ಎಂಒಇ ) ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವಾಗಿ ತ್ತು . ಭಾರತ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನೀತಿ ಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ತನ್ನ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ . ಈ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯವು ಎರಡು ವಿಭಾಗಗ ಳಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ . 2

The Department Of School Education And Literacy, Which Deals With Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary Education, Adult Education And Literacy. ಶಾಲಾ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆ : ಇದು ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ , ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ವಯಸ್ಕರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆಯ ಕುರಿತು ತನ್ನ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ . and The Department Of Higher Education , Which Deals With University Level Education, Technical Education, Scholarships, Etc. ಉನ್ನತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಇಲಾಖೆ : ಇದು ಇಲಾಖೆ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವ್ಯವಹರಿಸು ತ್ತದೆ . 3

4. Objectives of MHRD: ಮಾನವ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಗ ಳು : 1. Formulating The National Policy On Education And To Ensure That It Is Implemented In Letter And Spirit ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ನೀತಿಯನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸುವುದು , ಅದನ್ನು ಅಕ್ಷರ ಷಃ ಜಾರಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆಯೆ ಎಂದು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು . 2. Planned development, including expanding access and improving quality of the educational institutions throughout the country, including in regions where people do not have easy access to education. ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಲಾಗದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ದೇಶಾದ್ಯಂತ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶವನ್ನು ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಯೋಜಿತ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯ ಕಡೆ ಗಮನ ನೀಡುವುದು . 4

5. 3. Paying special attention to disadvantaged groups like the poor, females and the minorities ಬಡವರು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರಂತಹ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ಗುಂಪುಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ಗಮನ ನೀ ಡುವುದು . 4. Provide financial help in the form of scholarships, loan subsidy, etc. To deserving students from deprived sections of the society. ಸಮಾಜದ ವಂಚಿತ ವರ್ಗದ ಅರ್ಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನ, ಸಾಲ ಸಬ್ಸಿಡಿ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿಗಳ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಿ ಸುವುದು 5

Encouraging international cooperation in the field of education, including working closely with the UNESCO and foreign governments as well as universities, to enhance the educational opportunities in the country. ದೇಶದ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಅವಕಾಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಯುನೆಸ್ಕೋ , ವಿದೇಶಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಕಟವಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸಹಕಾರವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವುದು. 6

7. Following are the roles performed by the ministry of human resource and development particularly in the field of education: 1. Planning/ ಯೋಜನೆ 2. Educational Reforms/ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಪುನರಚನೆ 3. Organisation/ ಸಂಘಟನೆ 4. Direction/ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನ 5. Control/ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ 6. Pilot Projects/ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ 7. Liaison with UNESCO/ ಯುನೆಸ್ಕೋದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಭಂಧ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವುದು 8. Opening Central Institutes/ ಕೇಂದ್ರೀಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳನ್ನು ತೆರೆಯುವುದು . 7
