6. Skill 2: Be careful of object of prepositions A preposition is followed by a noun, pronoun, gerund, or noun clause that  iscalled an object of preposition . If a word is an object of a preposition, it is ’ n the subject. Examples: 1. We visited their fishing cabin at the lake. 2. After the rainstorm ended, we all went out to play. 3.  Newspapers throughout the world published his comics Preposisi diikuti oleh kata benda, kata ganti, gerund, atau klausa kata benda yang disebut objek preposisi.
