3. Importance of Morning Assembly .. Why Morning Assembly is done daily.. Morning Assembly is the physical, mental and spiritual preparation before beginning the studies at school. Facilitator: Neha Verma

4. We are entering the Temple of Learning and therefore we need to make our mind and body pure. Your daily life i.e. your school is your Temple. Whenever you enter into it, take with you your all. Facilitator: Neha Verma

5. Now let us Ponder over each thing that we do in the Morning Assembly. Facilitator: Neha Verma

6. First of all students make a line and stand straight . This is the first lesson in discipline . We have to discipline ourselves, keep our mind focused before we do anything. Body posture is very important in learning. We have to keep our body straight and erect . Facilitator: Neha Verma

7. Prayer is nothing but purification of one’s mind. Noble thoughts can make a mind pure. Facilitator: Neha Verma

8. May Almighty illuminate our intellect to the Righteous path. Facilitator: Neha Verma

9. We pray here for everyone’s welfare, wellbeing and prosperity. Facilitator: Neha Verma

10. Next is the Silent prayer or Meditation for 1 minute. It is the most fruitful one. It can calm the frequent waves thoughts and the mind is placed like a Lake. Only a calm and meditative mind can be sensitive. It refreshes our mind completely. Facilitator: Neha Verma

11. The pledge is to remind us of our duties as a student, a social being and as a citizen of country. Our whole education is worthless if it doesn’t contribute to the welfare of society. Facilitator: Neha Verma

12. NEWS, Thought of the day, Special item These are to let one know what happens in the world outside before we start the day. We need to integrate the knowledge with the outside world. Remember, the school is a small world and the world is a very big School. Facilitator: Neha Verma

13. National Anthem As a citizen of Nation, it is our Breath and life. So, we sing it daily. Facilitator: Neha Verma

14. Marching Song of Dispersal Students march towards the class like soldiers well equipped, well aware of their duties and ready to learn new things and also to put them all into practice. Facilitator: Neha Verma
