STATEMENT OF TEACHING PHILOSOPHY Finally to sum up that why and how to write the STP The introduction of the STP for any topic/concept must be made by full integrity and sincerely. One must define the process and protocol on which the STP is based and the way teacher work in class room and express himself. The teacher must be able to defend his STP if someone ask that why the pedagogy taken by the teacher is best. Teacher must reflect upon his STP from time to time to make the improvement which means that STP must be dynamic in nature. The good STP must be shared with others in the groups and meeting and not so good must be given inputs by the higher authorities so that one can improve upon it.
