MYCAS and HiCAS GOALS TERM 1 Min. 1 Complete exp or Approved Experience and have first Interview. TERM 2 Achieve 3 Strand (CAS). TERM 3 Achieve 3 Strand + 7 Lo’s TERM 4 Completing all experience and have the final interview (second interview). It is mandatory to complete one experience each term

Adding the Experience Experience Name: (Name of experience)_(Position) Only write the supervisor name and title. Desc and Goals reflect the LO you want to claim.
2. Desc and Goal Desc Briefly outline your activity, explain how it fits within the CAS strands (creativity, activity, or service) Mention which CAS learning outcomes you want to achieve and how. Goal Set Clear Personal Goals.

3. Reflection and Evidence Students describe what happened, express feelings, generate ideas, and raise questions. Reflection can occur at any time during CAS to further understanding, to assist with revising plans, to learn from the experience, and to make explicit connections between their growth, accomplishments, and the learning outcomes for personal awareness. Reflection may lead to new action.
Reflection and Evidence Reflection can be in form of paragraph or audio. Type of evidence must have students personal information. (clear face/ name/ etc)
4 . Interview First Interview The initial interview (August - September of 1st year): The CAS Advisor ensures the student understands the requirements for MYCAS, explains the CAS learning outcomes and how the student might achieve these outcomes, discusses the student’s interests and ideas for CAS experiences, and reviews the CAS stages. Second Interview The second interview: This is the summative interview for CAS. In this interview the student outlines how they have achieved the learning outcomes for MYCAS. In addition, they discuss and evaluate their overall CAS program and reflect on personal growth. The student’s CAS portfolio is used as reference in this interview.
4. CAS Status Student name Students have experience but not completed yet Students are falling short of the target. Students on track the goals and deadline. Students meet the goals and often exceed expectations.
Experience Status The desc and goals are complete and have reflection with evidance . Only write the Desc and Goals. Finish the Experience with completed reflection and evidence .
