Indian Education system changes have been phenomenal after framing the Constitution of India. According to the fundamental rights of” Cultural and Educational rights” the govt. of India had set up NIOS(National Institute of Open Schooling) to provide education to all heterogeneous sections of society. Following the footstep of NIOS, BOSSE(Board Of Open Schooling).

2. BOSSE: An Open School Board in India Board Of Open Schooling And Skill Education (BOSSE) like as National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). Established by the Government of Sikkim . Open Schooling Boards - BOSSE And NIOS are similar boards. Both are providing open schooling for secondary, senior secondary, and vocational education programs.
