Navodaya Vidyalaya Navodaya Vidyalaya was set up specially for meritorious & economically weaker sections’ students. Only 6-12 standard students are allowed in this school. Mother language:- 7 & 8 Hindi/English language:- 9 & 10 Science, Art & Vocational Education. Max. 40 students in one section of a class. Equality in education for women, sc/ st , minorities, handicapped. Status of women, Empowerment of Women, Removal of Women’s Illiteracy, Women’s Participation in Technical and Vocational Education. Introduction of pre- matric scholarship scheme, ensure enrolment, retention and successful completion of courses, together with provision of remedial courses to improve their prospects for further education and employment, recruitment of teachers from SC & ST, provision of facilities for SC & ST students in hostels . Special focused on education of the minorities for promotion of social justice and equality. They would be helped to establish and administer their educational institutions.
