The INDCAT is a major source of bibliographic information Used for inter - library loan , collection development, copy catalogue , Retro conversion of bibliographic records. INDCAT consist of three components available in open access to users ( i ) books: over ten million bibliographic records of books from more than 42 universities. (Ii) theses: doctoral theses submitted various Indian universities (Iii) serials: currently subscribed journals by the universities.

SAKSHAT Is a one stop education portal launched October 30, 2006 by president of India to facilitate lifelong learning for students, teachers and those in employment or in pursuit of knowledge free of cost to them. The content development task for S AKSHAT was by Content Advisory Committee [CAC] the which consist of representatives from IGNOU , Delhi University, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), National Institute of open schooling (NIOS) and National council Research and training (NCERT) and academicians in the field. 11. SHODHGANGA The Shodhganga @INFIIBNET Centre provides Platforms for the research student to deposite Ph.D theses and make it available to the entire scholarly Community in open access. It has the ability to capture, index , store , disseminate and preserve theses submitted by the researcher. It helps raising the standard and quality of the research by checking research Plagiarism.

E- PG Pathsala E-Pg pathsala is an initiative by MHRD under NIME-ICT The executed by UGC High quality, Curriculum- based, interactive e-content in 70 subject across all disciplines of social sciences, arts, fine arts and humanities mathematical sciences, linguistics and languages Subject experts working in the Indian Universities and other R& D institutes across the country. Every subject has a team of principal investigators, paper coordinators , content writers content reviewers, language editors and multimedia team

14. Vidya Mitra The INFLIBNET centre has developed. a web- based interface called. ' vidyamitra ’. Integrated e-content portal for all e-content projects, developed, funded under the National mission of Education through ICT. There are more than 50 projects on e- content under NME- ICT which are developed being developed. Subject disciplines- science engineering, social science through various Indian Institutes , universities and colleges. The available contents are the forms of audio, video, text, multimedia enriched materials

E- shodhsindhu Based on the recommendations of an Expert Committee, the ministry of M HRD (Now renamed as ministry of Education) has formed e- ShodhSindhu Merging three Consortia initiatives, namely UGC - INFONET Digital Library Consortium, N-LIST and INDEST- AICTE Provide current and archival access to more than 7200 + core peer-reviewed journals and number of bibliographic, citation and factual databases in different disciplines From a large number of publishers and aggregators to its member institutions including centrally funded institutions, Universities and colleges that are coverd under Act. 12(B) and 2 (F) section of UGC Act.

NDLI- National Digital Library Of India Project under ministry of education, govt of india , through national mission on Education through Information on Communication Technology ( NME- I CT) The objective is to Collate metadata and provide full text index from several national and international digital libraries Provides free of cost access to books and designed to hold content of any language and provide interface support for most widely used Indian languages . It is developed, operated and maintained by IIT Kharagpur .

17. Bharatavani Bharatavani is a project by Ministry of Education, Govt of India and is implemented by Central . Institute of Indian Languages ( CIIL), Mysuru Objectives of this program is to deliver knowledge in and about all the languages India using multimedia ( ie : text, , image, audio, video) This portal also include dictionary, Bhashakosh , Janakosh , multimedia kosh , in multiple Indian languages.

SWAYAM – ( Study webs of Active Learning Young Aspiring Minds ) The ministry of Human resource Development, Govt of India had came up with a project SWAYAM to facilitate anytime anywhere learning from certificate level to Post graduation level. Launched 4th July 2017 by Pranab Mukharjee . The educational resources available also through mobile app.

It provides important information about expert's background, contact address, experience Scholarly Publication , skills and accomplishments, research identities, etc. The database developed and maintained by information and library Network centre and financially supported from NME-ICT. the database is instrumental for selection of panels of experts for various committees , task force established by ministries or Govt establishments for monitoring and evaluation process
