1. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE QUARTER 2 LESSON: INSTALL ELECTRICAL LIGHTING SYSTEMS,AUXILIARY OUTLET AND LIGHTING FEXTURES

2.   Learning Competencies Objectives At the end of the lesson, 95% of the students can: Explain how to control a lamp in two location using two 3way switch. Execute wiring termination and standard procedure in controlling a lamp in two different location. Demonstrate confidence, cooperation and safety procedure.

6. Standard wiring procedure. Wear personal protective equipment. Be sure that the source are isolated. Hot wire must connect to the common of first 3wayswitch. Travelers contact must connect between two 3way switch. Connect the common of second 3way switch to the line side of the socket. Neutral wire must connect to neutral side of the lamp socket Checked for continuity test to know if there is short circuit. Note: Be sure that all lamp are remove from the socket.
