4. Appearance by otoscope A .Niger ( black headed filamentous) A.fumigatus (pale blue/green) Candida (white or Creamy deposit) Meatal skin ( sodden,red , oedematous)

5. Treatment Ear toilet Syringing ,suction ,mopping Nystatin Clotrimazole Povidone iodine 2% salicylic acid in alcohol
