1. What is personal character ? The combination of qualities or features that distinguishes one person, group, or thing from another . A distinguishing feature or attribute, as of an individual, group, or category.

5. Qualities of a successful person Will Smith A A merican actor, producer, and rapper. Nominated by Newsweek as the most powerful actor in Hollywood; has been nominated for four Golden Globe Awards, two A cademy Awards, and has won four Grammy Awards.

6. Get in to group of 8 Identify personal characteristics/ qualities of a successful person. Does that qualities help the person to be successful ?

8. Bottom line…businesses don’t fail – leaders do. Lack of Character -Lack of Vision - Poor Branding - Lack of Execution -Flawed Strategy - Lack of Capital - Poor Management - Lack of Sales- Toxic Culture- No Market- etc………. The talent that it takes to operate at the C-suite level is matched only by the amount of responsibility that goes with the territory. If it was an easy job everyone would be a CEO or entrepreneur.
