2. What does hygiene mean? Keeping clean! Making sure that germs and bacteria don’t spread so we and other people around us stay healthy! Hygiene

3. What can we do to stay clean? Wash our hands. Brush our teeth. Use a tissue to blow our nose. Cover our mouth when we cough. Wash our body. Hygiene

4. Wash our hands After going to the toilet. Before eating. After sneezing. Hygiene

5. Brush our teeth Every day. At least twice a day. For 2 minutes at a time. Hygiene

6. Use a tissue when we blow our nose Blow your nose when you need to. Use a tissue then throw it in the bin. Wash your hands if you need to! Don’t leave it too late! Hygiene

7. Cover our mouth when we cough Put your hand over your mouth to stop the germs spreading. Wash your hand if you need to! Hygiene

8. Wash our body Wash your body everyday. Use soap and water. Wash your hair when it needs it. Hygiene
