7. Career Achievement www.mangrove.edu.bd www.imperial.edu.bd Setup several production area along with the institute We are producing different goods (Garments, Steel Works, IoT Device, Application) and working to build a new Educational model.

8. Research & Innovation In 2014 developed a virtual workplace web application to established virtual industry model. Published one conference, three journal papers. It was part of my M.Sc. research. Conducted research on impact of automation in job sector, published on international journal. Applied research-based approach to develop smartphone based Educational Technology, published conference paper and one paper under processing. Probe the digital divide issues during the COVID-19, when students had to use online education technology. Working on AI based system to determine learners' attention, and many additional features.
