Target is a General Merchandise Retailer, and sells its products through stores and
online(digital channels) Chief competitors include Amazon.com, inc., Best Buy
Co., inc., Costco Wholesale Corporation, CVS Health Corporation, The Gap, Inc.,
The Home Depot, Inc., Kohl s Corporation, Macy s, Inc., Staples, Inc., Wal mart
Stores, Inc. I selected Target because they offer a wide variety of items(both name
brand and offbrand). They re one of the few stores I consistently go to for
Everyday, and specialty needs. I always check target for birthday gifts or Christmas
presents because i know that they ll have what i m looking for;
