Key steps to complete your OJT/Capstone Project (1)OJT/ Capstone Project – Meet with PGCM faculty or other researchers/practitioners to discuss your plans and identify an OJT/Capstone project; (2) OJT/Capstone Course Meeting – Meet with your program director Dr Anuja Pandey to discuss your OJT/Capstone plans, including case company job description and project details; (3) OJT/ Capstone Registration – Email to your program manager and program director after your meeting to summarize option and your OJT/capstone plans and requesting to freeze the option and register your OJT title and company details or your Capstone project tentative title. [email protected] respectively ( 4) Prepare a synopsis and submit it on student portal( Cover page , with title , guide name) (5) OJT/Capstone project report – Develop a detailed report of your project covering the introduction, objectives, plans, finding, managerial implication, model etc in soft copy by end of semester (6) Capstone Presentation – Present your OJT/ Capstone at the end of the semester in form of power point presentation in front of experts and attendees ; (7) OJT/Capstone Committee Evaluation – will evaluate your OJT work or the capstone project on the basis of report and the final presentation. Note : in case of OJT, your project supervisor may be invited as expert.
