In Human Body In Human Body

What is the pH?What is the pH?
pH is a unit of measure which
describes the degree of acidity or
alkalinity (basic) of a solution.
pHpH  is an abbreviation for is an abbreviation for ..
 PPotential of otential of HHydrogenydrogen

And the pH
is a measure of the activity of
hydrogen ions in a solution{H+}.

The pH scale
* The pH scale ranges from 0 to 14.
1- Acids have a pH less than 7…..
2- A base has a pH greater than 7.
3- Pure water has a pH equal to 7.
ACID
pH = 1 to 6.99
NEUTRAL
pH = 7.0
ALKALINE
pH = 7.01 - 14.0

pH Balance

pH Balance :
When the body is acidic as a result
of acid forming foods ,
high fat , mucus forming foods
and
food residues, disease and infections
proliferate .

Most foods are alkaline by nature ,
but manufactured processed
foods are acidic .

It is important balance each meal to
maintain helth with :
1- 75% (p.) alkaline ……………………

2- 25 % acidic ……………………….

Perfect body pH is
6.4
above is alkaline and
below is acidic .

Remember that :
((we eat to live ;we don't live

Acid- forming examples :
Meats …………… fish .
Poultry …Eggs

Acid- forming examples :
Milk Refined sugars
Drugs Food chemicals

Alkaline –producing examples:
Fruits Vegetables
Sprouts Herbs

And other examples .

Balancing Acid/Alkaline Foods

Disease thrives in acidity.
How do you know if you’re overly
acidic?

A pH meter
is an electronic device used for measuring
the pH (acidity or alkalinity)
of a liquid.
