Learning Objectives : At the end of the lesson, the learners are expected to: define what is personal hygiene; 2 . enumerate proper personal hygiene practices in oral care and hand washing; and 3. demonstrate proper personal hygiene in oral care and hand washing .
Instructions: The class will be divided into two groups. Choose your reporter. Each group will be assigned a station. Group 1 is for station 1 and group 2 will be in station 2. The groups will be given five minutes to gain information about the station assigned to them. After gaining information, group 2 will go to station 1 and listen to the explanation of group 1 and vice versa.

WHAT IS PERSONAL HYGIENE?
May be described as the principle of maintaining c leanliness and grooming of the external body. It is how you care for your body, it includes bathing, washing, brushing your teeth and more.
Steps in Oral Care: Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Limit sugary snacks and drinks. Visit your dentist regularly. Use floss after eating. Change your toothbrush every 3 months.
Steps in Handwashing: Wet your hands with clean water. Apply soap and rub your hands for 20 seconds. Rinse your hands thoroughly. Turn off the faucet with a paper towel or your elbow. 5. Dry your hands with a clean towel.
Each learner will be given pictures of mouth and hand. The teacher will flash a statement about hygiene practices. The learner will identify whether it is for oral care or for handwashing. Raise the picture of mouth for oral care and hand for handwashing.
Limit sugary snacks and drinks.. 2 . Wet your hands with water. 3. Dry your hands with a clean towel . 4 . Use floss after eating. 5 . Change your toothbrush every 3 months.
With the same group, each group will perform role playing showing or demonstrating the proper oral care and handwashing. The groups will be given 5 minutes preparation for the role playing and 3 minutes for the performance.
