PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS AN INNOVATIVE TEACHING-LEARNING STRATEGIES; A REVIEW STUDY By Sk. Soriotulla Assistant Professor in Physical Education, Beta College of Education, Hooghly , West Bengal, Pin - 712305, India Email:- [email protected]

This review study is to explore how, in this age of innovation and technology, institutions, classrooms, mentors, and teachers may work collectively to spark a revolution. It's not necessary to use the most advanced technology in the classroom to employ innovative teaching techniques. Instead, innovative teaching involves proactively implementing new pedagogical approaches and techniques in the classroom on the field of physical education and sports   (Xian, L. 2010) .  Objectives of the study 1. This article will emphasize the most up-to-date teaching strategies. 2. To find out what are the better course of action in teaching and learning process of physical education and sports. 3. Age of appropriate equipments, and health optimizing physical education curriculum used.

METHODOLOGY Literature Search The integrative literature review methods followed which were conducted included only empirical studies published in the last few years. New physical education activities, types of equipment, physical education curriculum in the field of physical education obtained through, PubMed , Google Scholar, and Research Gate, etc.

Selection of the Studies Quantitative study. Qualitative study. Focusing on teaching-learning strategies in physical education and sports in innovative.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION Web Based Learning:- Online learning has compensation, but web based learning should not always be viewed as the method of preference because barriers can easily detract from student wisdom. The technology must consequently be applied properly and not used merely because it is accessible and new or since students and teachers have particular potential of this means of course liberation ( Wasim , Javed , et al. 2014).

Cont… ICT based Classroom Nowadays, technology is playing a significant role in the liberation of education in the form of tools. The use of technology by educators and institutions must be proactive if it is to enhance the teaching and learning process. The ideas that provide progressive methods for instructing pupils include teleconferencing, flipped classrooms, smart classrooms, smart boards, and more.

Cont… Collaborative learning Collaborative learning compared with competitive and individualistic efforts, has numerous benefits and typically results in higher achievement and greater productivity, more caring, supportive, and committed relationships; and greater psychological health, social competence, and self esteem (Laal, M., & Ghodsi, S. M. 2012). Cont… Innovative and Interactive Teaching Techniques At this review article, an effort is made to realize the methods that might be used to enable well-organized teaching and learning in universities, institutes, departments, and classrooms. We talk supplementary about the roles played by universities, professors, and students.

Cont… Curriculum Development The core curriculum needs to be modernized in illumination of the current national and international circumstances. The curriculum needs to be updated and reviewed frequently to reflect changes in society and the dealing atmosphere as a result of worldwide changes.

Cont… Orientation toward Research Teaching and do research are interrelated. The student will be able to give his lectures more effectively in the classroom since he/she will be able to make them interactive.

Cont… Value-Based Education While societies configuration changes, it is significant for institutions to help citizens develop their values and worldviews. This is principally crucial in today's world, which is overwhelmed by scams and other tribulations at every level.

Cont… Presentation Skills While much has been written and spoken about the value of training in "soft skills," it remains to be seen whether or not this education is actually put into practice. There needs to be a strong emphasis on getting students to present and speak up in class in order to improve their public speaking and interpersonal abilities.

Cont… Project Based Learning Physical Education and sports classes must implement and maintain a project-based learning environment. Students' ability to administer complex research projects can be honed by transmitting them smaller-scale homework. Project Based Learning Physical Education and sports classes must implement and maintain a project-based learning environment. Students' ability to administer complex research projects can be honed by transmitting them smaller-scale homework.

Cont… Latest Equipments The equipment is one of the backbones of Physical Education and sports classes. Physical Education and sports classes would be age-appropriate and secure to use for the pupils. Bevans   (K.B. et al., 2010)  suggested that age-appropriate apparatus increases pain-free put into practice, increases pupils’ probability for active involvement in the class of physical Education.

Cont… Artificial intelligence It focuses on in-depth analysis and discussion of applicable perspective and development of artificial intelligence in modern physical education technology, and raises the corresponding development strategies to the use of artificial intelligence in modem sports educational technology, in order to provide the theoretical support for the establishment and development of modern physical education technical disciplines (Xian, L. 2010).

Case Based Learning Especially in professional physical education, case-based learning should be embedded so that pupils are knowledgeable in the application of the topics being taught.

CONCLUSIONS Technology is significant to realizing practical solutions to challenges in daily life, especially in times of crisis when innovation is essential. Wearable technologies are devices worn close to the body, providing their users with data and information that can enhance learning in a variety of ways. The new methodology for physical education and sport is frequently advocated as a foundation of an embarrassment of optimistic developmental personality from childhood through adolescence to late adolescence, and now, when it is considered a lifelong process, physical education is viewed in many different ways.

With the pedagogical potential of teacher-student interaction, engagement, assessment, and feedback, these technologies provide innovative and practical solutions for physical education new curricular, age-appropriate tools, teaching strategies, etc. that should be introduced in all schools to engage the child. Physical education programs should be one of the main subjects of the school curriculum as physical educators at the grassroots level play a major role in developing a child into a potential and highly skilled professional.
