(Wikipedia,2015) Physical education emphasized using physical activities to reach valuable educational goals, the mental, social, spiritual and moral goals. It aims to help students developed physical competence skills and good habits. It is sequential, developmentally appropriate educational programs that provide students with the knowledge, skills, fitness and attitudes necessary to lead a healthy lifestyle.
sPORTS is generally recognized as system of activities based in physical athleticism or physical dexterity. Began as pre-modern participatory contest of strength, skill and speed that were unorganized with formalize rules and national competition.
FITNESS EXERCISES Will provide physical activities like stability ,strength and mobility training. It includes goal setting exercise, progression and periodic assessment for the development of various fitness component. A good way of state of well-being influence by regular strenuous physical activity ,two aspects of physical activity , genetic makeup , and nutritional adequacy. Two aspects of physical fitness are health-related fitness and performance related or motor skills.
