What is a noun? A noun is a word that names a person, place, thing, animal, or event.Nouns are naming words. They help us name everything around us. The Magic S at the Market One sunny morning, Lina went to the village market with her mom. As they walked through the stalls, Lina pointed and said, "Look, Mama! One apple, one banana, one tomato!"
