This feature enables the bursar to add transactions for both payments and payouts, ensuring accurate tracking of each student's canteen spending. The bursar can manually credit pocket money to a student's account and record deductions for purchases made at the canteen.

4. Locate the Pocket Money Menu Progress to date: Go to the Student menu Then choose the Pocket Money option

5. Choose the student Progress to date: Choose the student by clicking this radio button

6. Add money to Pocket money wallet Progress to date: On the right had top ,click the Pay In button Enter the amount and click Top Up

7. Show top up amount Progress to date: The top up amount will be shown here

8. Pay Out from Pocket money wallet Progress to date: On the right had top ,click the Pay Out button Enter the amount and click Pay out

9. View transactions Progress to date: Click this button while having the student selected

10. View transactions Progress to date: In this view you will be able to see the transactions for Pay ins and Pay outs
