1.Introduction: Polyherbal soap help to reduce healthcare associated transmission of contagious Disease more effectively. The various extracts from the stem, roots and leaves of various medicinal plant have been used in curing various ailments and diseases. In comparison to chemical products treatment, herbals treatment have benefit, radialy available, Having less Adverse effect and inexepensive . Defination - Soap is a salt of fatty acids weed in a variety of cleaning and lubricating products. - soap for cleansing are obtained by treating vegetable of animal oils and fats with strongly alkaline solution .

Ingredients 1.Neem : Synonym: Nim Biological source :Nim is fresh or dried leaves and seed oil of Azadirachta Indica J.juss Family : Meliaceae Part typically uses:leaves Uses: Antibacterial. Antiviral. Dermatological insects. Dental treatments.

2.Tulsi: Synonym: Holy Basil Biological source: Tulsi Consists of fresh and dried leaves of Ocimum species like and Ocimum Basilicum Linn,etc Family: Lamiaceae . Part typically used: leaves. Uses: Antiseptic. Antiviral. Antibiotic.

3.Turmeric : Synonym: Haldi Biological source: Turmeric is the dried rhizome of Curcuma longa linn. Family: Zingiberaceae . Part typically used:Root . Uses: Anti-inflammatory. Antioxidant. Antibacterial.

2.AIM AND OBJECTIVES Aim: Formulation and evaluation of Antibacterial Polyherbal soap. Objective: To help to stop dry skin. To promote the bright skin. To reduce dark spot. To make skin smooth and soft.

3 .Formulation Table INGREDIENTS QUANTITY USES Neem Extract 4g Antibacterial Tulsi Extract 1g Antiviral Aloe vera Gel 2g Antiaging Turmeric 0.5g Antibacterial Honey 1g Antibacterial Sandalwood Oil 5-7 Drops Perfume Shikekai 1g Antibacterial, Foaming Agent Ethanol 5ml Solvent Soap Base 75g -

4.Procedure: Melt Base:   Glycerine soap pieces melted in a water bath below 60°C 2. Add Ingredients:   Add Neem extract, Tulsi extract, Turmeric, honey, aloe vera gel, ethanol, shikekai and sandalwood oil. 3. Mold & Set : Pour into molds , allow to harden at room temperature, then evaluate.

5.Evaluation Parameters Physiochemical Evaluation. Determination Of pH. Determination Of Foaming Index. Determination Of Foam Retention. Determination Of Sensitivity. Determination Of Irrigation. Determination Of Alcohol Insoluble Matter.

6.Advantages: Polyherbal antibacterial soap combines natural herbs to fight germs while nourishing and soothing the skin. It offers effective antibacterial action with minimal side effects due to its herbal composition. Rich in natural extracts, it protects against infections and supports healthy, moisturized skin. Eco-friendly and skin-safe, it prevents microbial growth without harsh chemicals.

7.Result 1) Preparation and evaluation of antibacterial polyherbal soap was done. 2) Physiochemical Parameters: Colour: Green Odour: Pleasant Texture: Smooth Shape: Round 3) Foaming Index Of Antibacterial Polyherbal Soap Is 100. 4)The foam retention of prepared polyherbal soap is 18 min. 5) There is no rashes and no irrigation on skin. 6)The pH was found in the range 7.72 which is desired pH.

8.Conclusion Neem has been Extensively used in Ayurveda, Unani and Homeopathic medicine and has become a admiration of modern medicine. Neem elaborates a vast biologically active compounds that are structurally complex and Chemically diverse. Poly herbal soap were prepared by using cold process technique. The prepared formulation showing good physical characteristic. Formulation provide excellent foaming property, free from alkali components on the basis of it's evaluation parameters. The microbiological study results gives the formulation having antimicrobial property by conducting antimicrobial activity.
