1. PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING YOUR TELEHEALTH.ORG ACTIVITY POST-TEST

2. This post-test administration allows three attempts.

3. To pass, you must have a score of 80% or higher in on e of your attempts . If you g et less than 80%, you will receive a “Non CME or CE” course completion certificate.

4. You have an unlimited amount of time to pass the post-test. It is “open-book.” That is, you are allowed to access any of your study materials at any point during the process.

5. HOW TO START THE POST-TEST

6. To start, click the button to be found underneath this tutorial on the Telehealth.org web page. ATTEMPT POST-TEST NOW

7. After clicking the button, you can start answering the questions.

8. DURING THE POST-TEST

9. On the left of your question page, click the question # on the grid to jump to other questions.

10. After selecting your responses, click the “Submit Attempt” button to submit your response set. SUBMIT ATTEMPT

11. Next you will see a summary page. After reviewing, click the “Accept Summary” button. ACCEPT SUMMARY

12. A confirmation message will appear for you to click and confirm your wish to submit your answers. ACCEPT SUMMARY CANCEL

13. You will have immediate access to your score.
