4. This study will explore the leadership performance of school principals during the Covid-19 pandemic. Specifically, this research aims to answer the following: 1. How may the profile of the respondent-principals be described in terms of: 1.1 sex; 1.2 age; 1.3 highest educational attainment; and 1.4 years of experience as school head? STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

How may the performance of leadership functions of principals be described in terms of: 3.1 school management; 3.2 shared vision; 3.3 instructional leadership; and 3.4 systems and operations management? 8. METHODOLOGY Design – This research will utilize descriptive-correlational research Locale – School administrators and educators from 100 public elementary schools in Tarlac Province’s Schools Division. Instruments – Questionnaires and Interview will be fielded to the respondents.
