3. What is disaster management? “ A disaster can be defined as an occurrence either nature or manmade that causes human suffering and creates human needs that victims cannot alleviate without assistance”

TYPES OF DISASTER Natural Disaster A natural disaster is a physical phenomenon that is caused by either slow or rapid succession of events that immediately impacts human health and leads to widespread suffering and death. For instance, an earthquake can take place for a few seconds whereas a drought takes a lot of time to develop, but both can adversely affect various life forms in abundance.

5. SCHOOL DISASTER MANAGEMENT PLANNING Man-Made Disaster Man-made disasters are events that are the direct results of human activities or mistakes. Sometimes, it is the result of an immediate action made by humans while sometimes it is a build-up of the culmination of human misdoings. Some of the most common man-made disasters are as follows: Groundwater contamination Mining accidents Structure failures Hazardous material spills Gas chamber leaks Oil spills Vehicle accident Environmental degradation Pollution Terrorism

6. Digitization is simply the converting of hard/paper files and documents into digital files and documents. Think of scanning a picture, uploading paper documents, or converting a report into PDF form and storing it on a computer. We are planning to gather school data from once at month on a portal basis ,so whenever we want to visit the school that time no one will make excuse . Finally the data will be live on all level of circulated area( State,Deo and Beo Office) and they will get real time data at a time .

Technology Educational technology is the process of integrating technology into education in a positive manner that promotes a more diverse learning environment and a way for students to learn how to use technology as well as their common assignments. It encourages collaboration and enables classmates to interact more with each other. Technologies help teachers to prepare their students to face the real world. It enables students to access up-to-date information in a quicker and easier way. Eshikshakosh is upgrading and it will be update till it cant be on real time collecting data from school parents teacher and children.
