Course Outcomes CO1: Define and illustrate the concept of the Indian Constitution, understand the true nature of the constitutional law of India and life-long learning in the context of socio-legal changes by knowing macro variables in India. CO2: Illustrate and interpret the true nature of the functioning of the Indian Constitution by understanding the different constitutional amendments and making meaning of the world. CO3: Illustrate and interpret the powers and functions of the various organs of the state and their inter-relationship apply critical thinking and actions, and understand the issues of judicial development by understanding the structure of Indian legal and judicial development. CO4: Interpret the aims and objectives to be taken up by the states in the governance of the country and analyze the economic and social policies to be pursued by the various governments in India. CO5: Analyze and evaluate the correlation between rights provided and duties imposed by the state government for its smooth working.
