CHALLENGES ENCOUNTERED OF TRANSFEREE STUDENTS STUDY OF GENERAL ACADEMIC STRAND IN CAMANJAC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Statement of the problem This research study is to better understand what transitional challenges transfer students encounter, how institutional support services influence their success, and how the differences in certain characteristics of each student impact their learning experience.

Problem Moreover, this will try and aim to answer the following research question below: 1.Demographics: 11 Year level 1.2 Age 1.3 Sex (M/F) 1.4 Barangay 2. What are the advantages and disadvantages of Transferee’s Students? 3.What are the reasons that a learner transfer from one school to the another?

Problem As they exposed understanding what unique challenges and transitional issues transfer students endure, what role institution support system have on their success, and how demographic factors influence their experience will help inform students justaffairs professionals and other faculty and staff and better assist this emergent population to success. Transfer students often struggle to assimilate to their new campus, and may feel a sense of separation from non transfer students. For some transfer students, this divide was most noticeable during orientation.

Scope and Limitation This study focuses the challenges encountered by transferee students who currently studying in Camanjac National High School. This research only include transferee students in grade 11 and 12 at Camanjac National High School, who are enrolled in the semester were allowed to participate in this research.

The study will not included Junior high school learners. This research also scopes how that individual able to be strong throughout it all, but were asked to identify as such through the different kinds of questioners. The data collection will be conducted to at least 3 Senior High School Student in grade 11 and grade 12 who will be represents as the total of 6 respondents on this conducted research.

Research Design This qualitative research study uses a survey form of questionnaires to interview among Grade 11 and 12 students about community challenges. This research study uses phenomenology design for flexible activities to understand phenomena through CHALLENGES FACED by transferee students at Camanjac National High School.

Research Instrument This research study is a Qualitative research and will utilized a survey form of questionnaires. The interview protocol consisted of demographic and open-ended questions about their community challenges encountered among Grade 11 and 12 students. Researchers are also part of the instrument and studied some variety that can use for our research instrument that include web sites, internet search engines, and dissertations

Research Respondent This research study will be conduct in Camanjac National High School located in Dumaguete City Negros Oriental. It has total number of 40 teaching personnel and 8 non-teaching personnel and 10 student-practice teacher. It has a population of 1008 students; with 292 Senior High School Students where the researchers will get the sample from.

The data collection will be conduct to at least 3 Senior High School Student in grade 11 and grade 12 who will be represents as the total of 6 respondents were select to participate in an in-person interview on this research study.

Participants for this research study were transferee students have challenges encountered at Camanjac National High School. The students must be enrolled in semester at the Camanjac National High School collection with the intent to graduate from their institution. Participants were both male and female. Students were interview individually to share their experience at the Camanjac National High School institution.

Result

Interpretation Based on the table 1. Grade 11 RESPONDENT -1 By analyzing STUDENT 1' responses reveal challenges, circumstances, manageable, easily understood, unavailability, incomplete, good personalities, accessible, lack of success, poor academic achievement, aggressive person, efficient, and acceptable. .

Grade 11 RESPONDENT-2 According to the result of analyzing his/her response, Grade 11 Student has a Challenges, Good Personalities, Circumstances, Opportunities, Unfamiliar, Familiarize Information, Understanding Information, Personal Business, Family Choices, Civilization Experience, Balancing, New Start, Self Improvement, and Associated in Community.

Interpretation Based in table 3.Grade 11 RESPONDENT -3 According to the result of analyzing the responses, Grade 11 Student-3 has a Acceptances, More available Things, Accessible, Missed Things, Self Attitude, Self Improvement, Undecided to transfer, Not having Choices, Overwhelming, New Lifestyle, Learning Habit, Encouragement, and New opportunities.

Grade 12 RESPONDENT-1 According to the result of analyzing the responses, Grade 12 RESPONDENT-1 has a Category in classes, Previous Memories, Bad Habit, Having Connection with Other, Accessible, Nothingness, Having enough knowledge, Be successful, Stronger Person, and having a hard time.

Grade 12 RESPONDENT-2 According to the result of analyzing the responses, Grade 12 RESPONDENT-2 has a Circumstances, Acquire a Knowledge, Challenges, Confident and Determine, Encouragement, Bad Appearance, New Lifestyle, Previous Lessons, Academic work, and Determined.

Interpretation Based on table 6.Grade 12 RESPONDENT-3 According to the result of the analyzing the responses, Grade 12 RESPONDENT-3 has a Adjustment, Gained confidence and Boasting, Friendly, learned a lot of lessons, Obstacles, Thanklessness, No longer afraid, and strong Personalities.

Summary Findings We conducted a research study at Camanjac National High School conducted six respondents of responses with open-ended questions to collect data for phenomenology research design aiming to explain nature through students experiences. Longer responses connected knowledge on the issue.

Summary of findings Grade 11 RESPONDENTS Table 1' responses on challenges, circumstances, and opportunities, while Table 2 responses on personal business, family choices, and community involvement Table-3' responses on acceptance, availability, accessibility, self-improvement, transfer decisions

Summary of findings Grade 12 RESPONDENTS RESPONDENT-1 truggles with past memories, bad habits, connections, knowledge, success, and hard times. RESPONDENT-2 demonstrates resilience, determination, and adaptability. RESPONDENT-3 demonstrates strong personality, overcomes obstacles, gains confidence, boasts, is friendly, learns lessons, and is grateful.

Recommendation To the Students: May become deeply aware of all unique obstacles, challenges with transferring. Teachers: We think that every teacher is a person who is concerned about the future of their pupils, give more importance particularly those who transfer to other school. For us, a teacher is the very definition of a patient and understanding adult. persons who lead us to feel that they find this research to be important

Recommendation School: Must caters the needs, the proper help, guidance, and discipline. A school that is understanding and caring for such transferee students who continue their academic status at finish their learning. Schools that do not just become a student’s second home but a place that is an encouragement for them to continue the path to success. Government: Must be aware that Transferee’s Students need institutional support service areas that to be improved to help transfer students successfully endure their challenges and also identify areas that are currently successful and should remain in place.

Recommendation Fellow Researcher Through this study, the coworkers may explore their passions, pick up new knowledge, improve their problem-solving abilities, and provide fresh challenges to the transferee's students at school.
