Introduction 2 This project will involve a thorough analysis of the current skills within the organization, defining the key skills required for various roles, and creating a user-friendly and dynamic system to capture and display this information . Our goal is to create a Skill Matrix that is not only functional but also scalable and adaptable to future needs. Through this initiative, we aim to empower managers and HR professionals with the insights needed to make informed decisions, optimize talent utilization, and drive continuous improvement in employee performance and satisfaction. Ultimately, the development of a Skill Matrix will be a strategic asset, aligning our workforce capabilities with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
