QUADRANT A LEARNERS Very much in logical thinking Analyze data Understands better when presented with numbers and quantities Understands money Good at theory However, they find it difficult to express their inner thoughts and emotions

QUADRANT B LEARNERS Easily grasp things in sequence(sequential thinker) Enjoy organizing ideas and things Apply what they have learned into practice Assess situation and info’s Demands for clearer instructions/directions Apply what they learned in practical rather in theory You find it difficult to understand concepts without any examples

Quadrants A and B – characterized as: reality based down to earth persons practical

QUADRANT C LEARNERS Very sociable Focused and involved in trying to learn something Tend to reflect what they have understood Most of the time use their bodies and movement while learning They get bored with data and intellectual discussions They are emotional and would share their emotions with a group(sensitive) Personal feedback is important to them

QUADRANT D LEARNERS Curious one who enjoys discovering, experimenting and exploring activities Strong thinkers(risk takers) Creates new ideas and concepts Enjoys games and surprises Visual learner They needs different varieties of approaches to learn They have difficulty meeting deadlines and rigid environments
