2. OBJECT PRONOUNS Object pronouns are a class of words that are used to replace an object that has already been mentioned or that is known by the interlocutor. EXAMPLE: The book is on the table. (El libro está en la mesa.) Give the book to me, please (Dame el libro, por favor.) → Give it to me, please. (Dámelo, por favor.)

3. HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE OBJECT PRONOUNS FROM PERSONAL PRONOUNS? These are differentiated by their function and position in the sentence. EXAMPLE: For example, in the phrase I love you, I is the personal pronoun and you is the object pronoun.
